Abstract
Human Resources Marketing represents the convergence of traditional HR practices with modern marketing principles to attract, engage, and retain top talent while simultaneously building a strong employer brand. This research paper examines the evolution of HR marketing with a specific focus on the Indian context — a labour market characterized by demographic dividends, digital acceleration, and a fast-growing formal workforce. Through analysis of current trends, best practices, regional case studies, emerging technologies, and India-specific data, this study demonstrates how HR marketing has become a critical business function that directly impacts organisational performance, culture, and competitive advantage in India's dynamic economy.
