LearnPath: Transforming Education with a Smart, Personalized Learning Dashboards

Abstract
This paper presents LearnPath, an integrated digital learning dashboard designed to enhance the skill development process for students and instructors in academic and professional settings. The platform addresses key challenges in modern education, including fragmented resources, limited progress tracking, and lack of personalized learning analytics. LearnPath enables instructors to design dynamic learning paths incorporating diverse content such as documents, videos, and external research links, while providing learners with real-time progress visualization, engagement statistics, and completion tracking. Built with a scalable architecture using React.js, Node.js/Django, and MongoDB, the system emphasizes usability, transparency, and data-driven learning. By combining seamless resource management with interactive analytics, LearnPath fosters personalized, engaging, and measurable learning experiences that advance the effectiveness of digital education.
