समावेशी शिक्षा का पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र: परिवार, समुदाय और सरकार की सहभागी भूमिका

Abstract
समावेशी शशक्षा समकालीन शशक्षा ववमशश की एक कें द्रीय अवधारणा हैए जो सामाजजक न्यायए मानवीय गररमा और समान अवसर के शसदधांतों पर आधाररत है।
प्रस्तुत शोध आलेख समावेशी शशक्षा के एक समजन्वत पाररजस्िततकी तंत्र का ववश्लेषण करता हैए जजसमेंपररवारए समुदाय और शासन तीन परस्पर संिदध हहतधारकों के रूप में कायश करते हैं। अध्ययन का सैदधांततक आधार ब्रॉन्फे नब्रेनर का पाररजस्िततक तंत्र शसदधांत तिा ववकलांगता का सामाजजक मॉडल हैए जजनके माध्यम से यह स्पष्ट ककया गया हैकक समावेशी शशक्षा के वल ववदयालय.स्तरीय पहल नहींए िजकक िहु.स्तरीय सामाजजक और नीततगत सहयोग की प्रकिया है। लेख मेंभारतीय पररप्रेक्ष्य में राष्रीय शशक्षा नीतत 2020ए हदवयांगजन अधधकार अधधतनयम 2016 तिा समग्र शशक्षा अशभयान के संदभश में समावेशी शशक्षा की वतशमान जस्िततए चुनौततयों और संभावनाओं का आलोचनात्मक ववश्लेषण प्रस्ततु ककया गया है। ववश्लेषण से स्पष्ट होता है कक पररवार िच्चों के भावनात्मक और ववकासात्मक आधार को सुदृढ़ करता हैए समदुाय सामाजजक पूंजी और स्वीकृतत का वातावरण तनशमशत करता हैए जिकक शासन नीततगत ढााँचाए संसाधन और संस्िागत समिशन प्रदान करता है। लेख यह तकश प्रस्तुत करता हैकक समावेशी शशक्षा की प्रभावशीलता इन तीनों हहतधारकों के सकिय समन्वय पर तनभशर करती है। अंततः अध्ययन एक सहयोगात्मक शैक्षक्षक पाररजस्िततकी तंत्र की आवश्यकता पर िल देता हैए जो प्रत्येक िच्चे के शलए समानए सम्मानजनक और सशजततकरणकारी शशक्षण वातावरण सुतनजश्चत कर सके ।
